Make sure when booking you do everything the same day you should always be deposit ready when booking. send the deposit and the picture of what you would like done if you don’t do it I will be canceling appointments the same day of booking I can give you guys that whole day of booking but it has to be done the same day of booking. Every min after you are late you will be charged 1$ for each min of course if you let me know ahead of time you will be late I will not cancel the appointment but you will be charged the 1$ for every min after 5 min I give you all a 5 min window. Keep in mind it falls again with your service so if it necessary you will get charged ! *3days absent will be a determination you won’t be able to book no more. Let’s not waste each others time ! *I do not work on other peoples work which means that I don’t do refills on someone else’s work. *If you roughly remove your nails without properly taking them of that will result in your natural nail splitting in half or even damaging your natural nails if you don’t want to come in for a soak off or even pay for the soak off you can always do your own and you save much much more money if you do so and take care of your natural nails as well. * I ask that you send me a picture of what you would like done , so that I can check if I have the colors. If I don’t have the color we can work something out. If you don’t send me what you would like I won’t be taking you. * WHEN BOOKING THESE ARE THE TIMES YOU SHOULD BE SELECTING 9am,12pm,3pm if you don’t select those times I will modify it and send it back remember that those are the times I want to be chosen and the website will have other times because that is how it is set up but are not the times I want you guys to choose (Saturday,Sunday) Monday-Friday 4pm. Cancellation Policy

There would no longer be a cancellation fee as I am going back to nonrefundable deposits,when booking make sure you book accordingly book a day that you have nothing to do and make sure of course to be deposit ready as soon as you book you should send the nonrefundable deposit.
